About us

Cassonade Club is a joyful, gentle and colourful world.
Our mission is to help you (re)discover the magic and beauty of quality stationery, handwriting and beautiful objects.

It all started with my love of beautiful papers, pens that glide nicely on paper, super cute little accessories & my love of pink, lilac, holographic and neon. It also started with the attention I love to pay to small details, pretty finishes and well-matched colour and print themes.

I’ve already done all of this in my different jobs:

• matching colours and drawing prints, which I did as a fashion and graphic designer;
• attention to small details and a keen eye for flawless finishes, as a jeweller.

I tried subscribing to “stationery boxes” in the United States and Japan.
But it was very far away, very expensive, and I didn’t find boxes that were really cute, fully thought through down to the smallest detail.
Then I told myself: GO, let’s do it :)

I speak in the first person because, in the end, behind Cassonade Club there’s only me, Virginie :)
But I have a whole village around me which, from the very first steps of Cassonade Club, was already there and super motivated for me ♡

• My friends and close colleagues, whom I told about my project, “which is so me”, they say.
• My sisters and my Mum, always there to give their precious opinions, my Dad who carefully wrote the website address in his diary, he who never orders online.
• My friend of almost forever, Aurore, who helps me almost daily with my questions and has supported me from the start too.
• And then my love, Jérôme, who always supports me and helps me so much with putting the site online, hosting and so on, even when I don’t understand a thing ♡
