Deliveries & returns

Deliveries

  • Where: in Belgium and the other countries of the European Union.
  • Stationery: shipped within 7 days.
  • Box and mail club: shipped by the 5th of each month at the latest.

There are two delivery methods:

  • Standard shipping: delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order.
  • Shipping with the next edition: for box subscribers only. Your order is slipped into the parcel of your next box, with no delivery costs.

When you receive your parcel, check it and report any damage to us within 8 days, at hello@cassonade-club.com.
We are not responsible for carriers’ delays.

Returns

You can change your mind, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days. This period runs from the day after receiving:

  • your order, for stationery;
  • each box or mail club, for the monthly subscription;
  • the first box or mail club, for the 3 or 6 month subscriptions.

To do so, let us know in writing within this period, by email at hello@cassonade-club.com.
You can also make your request from My orders : open the order and click “Cancel part or all of my order”.

Then send the items back to us no later than 14 days after letting us know, unused and in perfect condition.
Return costs are at your expense.
We cannot accept a return if an item has been used or damaged, or if items are missing from the box or the mail club.

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the items, using the same payment method.
